You know the expression "the eyes are the windows to the soul"? Well, meet Bowie! This gentleman is charming and lovable, and would love a home with plenty of humans around that give him pets and attention. Bowie looks to be a chocolate lab mix, roughly 6 years old, and he has a lot of love to give. He’s past all the challenging puppy behaviors at his age, but still loves to be near his humans at all times and is quite spry.
Did we mention he’s potty trained? He would love nothing more than to have a place near you on the floor or sofa and get some head scratches and belly rubs! If you forget the head scratches, don't worry - he will gently put his paw in your lap to remind you he's still there for you and ready for lovin'!
Bowie has been great with kids, and gets along with other dogs but does need a home with no cats or small non-canine animals. He is a very calm dog for the most part, but can also be active. He is a great jogging buddy (he currently goes on 2 jogs a day), and for an older dog he has a LOT of life in him. He also enjoys lounging around the house, and has his "old and lazy" moments. He will nuzzle up near you and sleep calmly through the night.
Bowie needs a home that will shower him with affection that he so desperately craves. He's simply a good-natured, friendly boy that wants nothing more than a person or family to call his own. Think Bowie could be the missing puzzle piece? Apply to meet him below!
